RACE SURFACE / TYPE:   

On the actual banked velodrome track, a tarmac surface. Cycle racing to be on normal bikes, ie no track bikes

TIMINGS:   

Riders with years of birth 2016 and later [categories u6 (F) and u8 (E)] – Register, pay, get bibs by 11:20am, Racing approx 11:30 to 12:30pm, Race Presentations (for previous race day 12:30pm)

Riders with years of birth 2012 to 2015 [categories u10 (D) and u12 (C)] – Register, pay, get bibs 12:20pm, Racing approx 12:30 to 14:00pm, Race Presentations (for previous race day 14:00pm)

Riders with years of birth 2008 to 2011 [categories u4 (B) and u16 (A)] – Register, pay, get bibs 13:50pm, Racing approx 14:00 to 14:50pm, Race Presentations (for previous race day 14:50pm)

(Registration timings are fixed, race timings may vary depending on numbers racing, but won’t start earlier than stated)

COST: 

On the day payment: £5-00, two races for each rider, cash on the day, please bring correct change. If you have registered in advance the payment on the day will be £4-50 provided you bring that exact amount in cash

Don't worry - if you don't manage to register in advance, you can still turn up on the day, register and race.

We are told that the venue's cafe will be open

No smoking allowed at the venue in internal or external areas. No dogs, except guide dogs / assistance dogs
